You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality structural designs and providing technical input across a range of residential and commercial projects, working closely with architects, builders, and internal project teams.This role suits a technically strong engineer who enjoys hands-on design, site involvement, and contributing at a senior level without formal people management responsibilities.Competitive salary package,$120-$130K+Super. (Negotiable depending on experience)Supportive, high-quality technical team.Diverse and interesting project portfolio.Ongoing development and long-term career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structural designs from concept through to construction and completion.Prepare and review designs in line with Australian Standards and client requirements.Provide senior technical input across multiple projects.Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and consultants throughout delivery.Conduct site inspections including footings, slabs, retaining walls, framing, and steelwork.Resolve design and construction issues as they arise.Support junior engineers and drafting staff as required.Maintain quality, WHS, and design compliance across all projects.RequirementsBachelor of Engineering (Civil) with a structural focus.6-10 years' experience in residential and light commercial projects.CPEng and RPEQ (or working toward).Strong design, site, and construction support experience.Proficiency in structural design software and documentation.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.About the Company My client is a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy known for delivering high-quality structural solutions across residential and commercial projects.
