We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our small, dynamic and forward-thinking team.
In this role, you will provide coaching and expert advisory support on people management, industrial relations, and associated matters in a contemporary government environment. You will also work closely with our leaders to enhance HR policies and processes, drive organisational change, and strengthen workforce capability.
The position requires someone with excellent capability in applying industrial legislation, policies, and people management principles. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think on their feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities and competing demands. You will require exceptional stakeholder negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively with business leaders and staff.
We currently have one full-time, permanent position available.
