Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Deception Bay, QLD location. The Accounts Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also collaborate with various teams to develop financial strategies, support budgeting processes, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in financial reporting, budget management, and account reconciliation
* Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets
* Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Prior experience in a similar role in manufacturing or product-driven industries is a plus
