A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal or Senior Associate Structural Engineer to join its Melbourne team, working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
This is a senior technical and leadership role suited to an engineer operating at Associate‐Senior Associate level, ready to take ownership of projects and contribute to team growth.
About You
* 3-8+ years' experience operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
* Strong local (Australian/Melbourne) project experience
* Proven capability delivering building structures across multiple sectors
* Confident leading projects, coordinating consultants, and engaging with clients
* Solid technical background with commercial awareness and mentoring ability
