We're looking for a hands-on leader to drive service & daily operations in a premium casual dining environment. Our venues are located on the Gold Coast and can do 120 covers per service so we're not small, but not too big either
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team on the floor, setting the tone for warm, professional service.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH.
Manage rosters & labour costs
Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and presentation quality.
Handle guest relations, resolve issues, and create memorable dining experiences.
Support training, performance management, and staff development.
Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving financial and operational targets.
