Your New Role
Joining a dynamic and supportive team, you will advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology and energy.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A; transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies. Typical work the team handles, include:
- Share and business acquisitions, subscriptions and sales
- Shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements
- Intellectual property advices including trade marks (nationally and internationally), designs, copyrights and data breaches
- Trading terms, supply agreements and franchising
- Intellectual property issues
- Licensing issues
- Employment matters including employee share schemes
- Trust creation and advice
- Structuring and asset protection advice
- Service agreements
Please note: We are looking for lawyers 1-4 years PAE and 4-7 years PAE

Your Skills Profile
- 1-4 years' and 4-7 years' PAE in commercial law;
- Strong academic results;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- High attention to detail and strong drive to succeed; and
- A client focused approach.
