Your New Role
Joining a dynamic and supportive team, you will advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology and energy.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies. Typical work the team handles, include:
* Share and business acquisitions, subscriptions and sales
* Shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements
* Intellectual property advices including trade marks (nationally and internationally), designs, copyrights and data breaches
* Trading terms, supply agreements and franchising
* Intellectual property issues
* Licensing issues
* Employment matters including employee share schemes
* Trust creation and advice
* Structuring and asset protection advice
* Service agreements
Please note: We are looking for lawyers 1-4 years PAE and 4-7 years PAE

Your Skills Profile
* 1-4 years' and 4-7 years' PAE in commercial law;
* Strong academic results;
* Excellent communication and organisational skills;
* High attention to detail and strong drive to succeed; and
* A client focused approach.
