Responsibilities
· Management and maintenance of Zoho CRM
· Management of all membership data and records
· Management and maintenance of membership resources and services
· Management of all CRM related communications
· Maintain Association Governance activity
· Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations
· Act as a central point of contact for enquiries and correspondence
· Manage meetings, calendars, and documentation
· Maintain records, databases, and administrative systems
· Xero data-entry
· Xero/Stripe/GoCardless reconciliations
Qualifications
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Zoho
· Xero
· Canva
· Proven experience in an administration, operations, or office management role, ideally with responsibility for overseeing systems, processes, and day-to-day business operations
· Experience managing administrative functions end-to-end, including scheduling, records management, documentation, and internal coordination
· Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Executive, Board, or Management team)
· Experience improving or maintaining administrative systems and workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
· Experience coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced or multi-function environment
