Practitioner with requirements management software. Requirement development and management. VCRM development and management. Development of V&V plans/procedures. Review of V&V procedures to confirm test cases validate the project requirements. Design documents and specialist engineering reports. Engineering plans/procedures/ reports. Hazard analyses and reports. Contract documentation plans and reports. Professional engineering qualifications that cover the relevant subject areas and with extensive experience in the required systems and software engineering services. Relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements. Service providers are to employ industry best practice when undertaking the Services. Essential Experience and Qualification: A qualified practitioner with higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than 8 years. Highly Desirable Experience and Qualification Previous Defence experience is highly desirable. Extensive industry and specialty experience in electrical engineering and systems integration including integration on maritime platforms. Experience with RF environments and wireless communications in contested communications or electronic warfare domains. Experience in digital communications protocols and signal conversion techniques. Experience driving processes and process improvements, including continuous improvement methodologies. Tertiary Engineering qualifications in a relevant computer science, networking, engineering, or a related field.
