This role is critical in designing and implementing advanced Field Service solutions that align with business strategies and operational needs. The ideal candidate will blend solution architecture, functional consulting, and technical leadership, guiding businesses through the complexities of Dynamics 365 Field Service functionalities. Your work will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across projects.
Accountabilities
* Lead the end‐to‐end architecture and solution design of Dynamics 365 Field Service.
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
* Design scalable architectures utilizing Power Platform and Azure services.
* Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
* Configure and optimize the Field Service application.
* Guide customers on industry best practices for field operations.
* Oversee and mentor functional and technical team members.
* Collaborate with developers on custom plugins and integrations.
* Partner with project managers to define project scope and deliverables.
* Ensure solution quality through documentation and technical oversight.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
* Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service functionalities.
* Strong understanding of field service operations and scheduling.
* Proficiency with Power Platform and its applications.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure Services and integrations.
* Ability to produce architectural documentation and design artifacts.
* Strong communication skills for leading workshops.
