The Role
As Area Manager, you'll oversee up to 8 centres in Mackay and Rockhampton, supporting Centre Managers and their teams to deliver high-quality care and education. You will:
* Lead, coach, and inspire Centre Managers and teams
* Ensure compliance with all ECEC regulations and policies
* Drive occupancy, quality, and performance outcomes
* Foster strong connections with families, teams, and the community
* Travel regularly to provide on-the-ground support

What You Bring
* Multi-site leadership experience (Area/Cluster/Operations Manager or similar)
* Strong knowledge of ECEC regulations
* Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills
* A strong commitment to safety
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on safety, quality & compliance
* Great communication & stakeholder management
* Resilience and adaptability
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
