Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and translate them to the development team.
Guide customers on optimizing their software usage to maximize product benefits.
Provide technical support, testing applications, responding to feedback, maintenance, and conducting sales presentations and demonstrations.
Support the technical sales process, including tendering and solutions based on customer needs, in collaboration with the development team.
Assist in creating technical documents such as user manuals, operational guides, and training materials.
Handle all technical aspects related to the analysis and verification of application-specific customer data.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to deliver solutions in an agile environment.
Support solution and product configuration, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Participate in all project phases—from design and configuration, to workshops, documentation, test case definition, and execution.
Your Energy
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
* Over three years of professional experience, preferably with domain knowledge in the energy industry (transmission and distribution systems are a plus).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, programming skills in C#, and software configuration.
* Familiarity with SQL queries, data modeling, Python programming, and data analytics is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support and build relationships with customers.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project methodologies and project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, etc.
