This is a Full-Time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts on Weekdays and Weekends is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customersWe provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.
What's involved: Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customersCoach the team through guidance on appropriate service behavioursHelping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction supportMerchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirementsManaging and coordinating stock effectively.Who we're looking for:Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
