Main Responsibilities:
* Support brokers and account managers with workers' compensation policy renewals, documentation preparation, and client communications.
* Support basic injury management coordination, including scheduling medical case conferences and claim reviews.
* Maintain accurate client records and assist in preparing reports for clients and insurers.
* Contribute to return-to-work planning and liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and clients to ensure smooth claim handling.
* Attend training sessions to build knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and broking practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
You should be able to demonstrate a client-first approach and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
