Enterprise Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven and solution-oriented Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. This individual will identify new customer opportunities, cultivate them into sustainable partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and business consultant to clients.

* Identify and engage commercially viable clients, presenting the value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related services.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
* Utilize digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and personal connections to identify and develop new opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Partner closely with Microsoft's sales teams to introduce solutions to strategic customers.
* Work with the delivery team to design the right solutions for clients, ensuring all commercial agreements align with company processes.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track and forecast opportunities.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts to expand the company footprint.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the consumer landscape, competitive market, and the ability to analyse, forecast, and implement effective sales strategies. You should possess strong commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: 6+ years of consultative sales experience in a services sales environment (preferably within Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or cloud-based software).
* Strong Track Record: In new business development, including commercial negotiations, engaging senior management, and fostering long-term client relationships.
* Expertise: In designing service solutions tailored to clients' strategic goals.
* Proven Ability: To exceed financial targets and drive revenue growth.
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities, and proficiency in CRM platforms for accurate and timely sales forecasting.
