Redpath Partners are exclusively partnering with a well-capitalised private property group to appoint an experienced Development Manager on land and masterplanned community projects.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely balanced Development Manager role - one that combines the commercial intensity of front-end acquisitions with the satisfaction of seeing projects through to delivery.
You'll be instrumental in shaping new opportunities from day one - working on feasibilities, influencing capital deployment decisions, and structuring deals - before guiding projects through planning, servicing and construction. This is not a back-end, delivery-only position; you'll be trusted to think like an owner and contribute at a strategic level.
You'll be joining a highly regarded development business with stable funding, a strong pipeline and long-term conviction in the market. The Role
Working across land and masterplanned projects, you will:
* Lead detailed feasibilities and financial modelling for new opportunities
* Undertake residual land value analysis and scenario testing
* Prepare and present investment committee submissions
* Manage planning pathways and consultant coordination
* Oversee servicing, staging and delivery strategy
* Monitor commercial performance through construction and completion
About You
You are an experienced Development Manager with a proven track record across land subdivision or masterplanned communities.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated end-to-end development experience
* Strong financial modelling capability and commercial judgement
* Experience materially contributing to acquisitions and front-end strategy
* Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and investment committees
* A balanced skillset across strategic thinking and delivery execution
