What You’ll Be Doing - As Care Manager, you’ll guide and inspire your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll be across everything from care planning and medication management to clinical governance and compliance - but your real impact will be the culture you build and the lives you improve. You’ll: Lead and support a team of nurses and care staff who love what they do. Oversee all aspects of clinical care and ensure standards are met. Work closely with the Service Manager on budgets, compliance, and improvement initiatives. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff. Foster a respectful, supportive environment where everyone can thrive. About You - You’re approachable, down-to-earth, and confident in your clinical and leadership skills. You care about doing things the right way - with empathy, respect, and genuine teamwork. You’ll need: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong leadership experience in aged care. Solid knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and quality standards. Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening.
