We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Food and Beverage Supervisor who will lead and support the day-to-day operations. This role will be based on our client floor and have oversight of our meeting rooms, and boardroom events & functions. As a member of our professional Hospitality team, a welcoming and polished approach with a focus on excellent customer service will set you up for success. Your day to day will include silver service, espresso coffee orders, attending to meeting rooms, both a la carte and event-style wait service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high-level food and beverage service during the daily operations of the firm's client floor
- Set up and pack down of meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for service prior to conferences or events, including VIP board room lunches, breakfasts, morning or afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail parties and dinners.
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, training & development, etc.
- Review and analyse the daily operational needs
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Key Accounts Manager
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility e.g. Reception relief
