Workforce Australia is the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations' employment services initiative. Workforce Australia Services aim to deliver simple, efficient solutions that support local job seekers and employers.
About the role....
This pivotal role is responsible for establishing and ensuring the ongoing success of the Workforce Australia program across the Central West region. You will lead a high-performing team and manage operational requirements to deliver a high-quality, contractually compliant service. A strong understanding of the Workforce Australia program and government-funded employment services is essential.

About you....
* Proven business acumen, including sound program and financial management skills.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of achievement within the employment services industry.
* Expertise in managing and mentoring high-performance teams, delivering quality outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Comprehensive knowledge of government-funded employment services programs, ideally including Workforce Australia.
* Exceptional people and leadership skills, fostering a positive, outcome-driven team culture aligned with VERTO's values and People Plan.
Innovative relationship-building skills, thriving in a performance-driven and compliance-focused environment.
* Experience in a similar senior role, managing a comparable portfolio size.
* Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
* Flexibility to travel throughout the Central West region.
