Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional support services to customers and stakeholders
* Manage office administration, including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting
* Coach, lead, and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards
Requirements:
Applicants must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, be highly organized with great time management skills, and possess experience in office management.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
* Proficient in Excel and Word
* Experience resolving issues and making quick decisions
