We’re seeking enthusiastic, community-focused individuals to join our Swim, Sport & Leisure team. Whether you’re passionate about aquatic safety, teaching swimming, fitness, customer service, or sports coaching, we’d love to hear from you.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) allows you to register your details for upcoming recruitment rounds. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a role will be available; however, it ensures we have your information on file when opportunities arise.
All Swim, Sport & Leisure staff must hold a valid employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Roles We Recruit For
Lifeguard (Additional summer recruitment starts September)
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of aquatic patrons Maintain high standards of pool supervision and safety compliance Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Qualification
Learn to Swim Teacher
Teach and assess swimming programs for all ages Engage positively with students and families Essential: WWCC, CPR, Swim Teacher License
Customer Service
Be the welcoming face of our centres Assist with memberships, bookings, and enquiries Essential: WWCC, CPR
Gym Instructor
Provide safe, effective gym instruction Screen, assess, and create personalised programs Deliver gym floor sessions Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
Coaching / Referee
Coach or officiate sports programs in a safe, inclusive environment Build participation and enjoyment for all skill levels Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Relevant Coaching Accreditation
Locations
Roles may be available at Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre, Norlane ARC, Leisurelink, Splashdown, Kardinia Aquatic Centre, Lara Aquatic Centre, North Bellarine Aquatic Centre, and Leisuretime Sports Precinct.
