The key focus of this position is delivering high-quality patient care in the Anaesthetics and Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) department.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing individualized nursing care to patients undergoing anaesthesia and recovery from surgical procedures.
* Collaborating with anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience as a registered nurse.
* Experience in both adults and paediatric A/PACU is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Dedication to providing exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
