As a key player in our candidate engagement and enlistment processes, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure seamless alignment and coordination of recruitment and enlistment activities.
The position involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate onboarding and administration tasks. This requires a high level of skill in data analysis to identify operational issues, risks, and experience in mid-term action planning to remediate and reach contractual and operational targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience and knowledge of the recruitment process, as well as strong leadership and coaching skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to be able to work collaboratively as a member of our team to build a culture of inclusion, transparency, learning, and collaboration. This includes conducting quality checks on candidate engagement, recruitment, and enlistment documentation and processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.

* Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including best practice approaches in line with current industry benchmarks.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a team to deliver a recruitment and onboarding lifecycle while delivering a high-quality, excellent recruitment, and enhanced client and candidate experience.
* A high level of skill in data analysis to identify operational issues, risks, and experience in mid-term action planning to remediate and reach contractual and operational targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences.
