About The Role
If you are an Enrolled Nurse with clinical experience in community health, a passion for client care, and want to expand your skills, this opportunity is for you.
Our goal is to improve the health of rural communities. In this role, you'll build long-term relationships with patients, helping them access care to manage their health within their community.
This rewarding role involves engaging with people's lives beyond their illnesses, within an inclusive, collaborative, and caring team environment.
As part of the multidisciplinary care team, you'll deliver nursing care through flexible service models in community and ambulatory settings, under the supervision of registered nurses.
Effective communication with patients and healthcare team members is essential. You'll be expected to foster our culture based on collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.
