Our ACT office has a Solutions Architect position available with the opportunity to work remotely, making the role suitable for candidates across Australia. The successful candidate will require drive and determination, take pride in their work, have strong communication skills and enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team. They will form part of our skilled Engineering Team and provide technical support and product knowledge to our internal sales and projects teams as well as our external customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of high-level AV solutions that meet client needs, ensuring design quality and commercial alignment. Attend client and consultant meetings, gather technical inputs, and create detailed tenders, BOMs, and system descriptions. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on AV system designs. Assist in the smooth handover of projects from Sales to Delivery, providing clear technical documentation and support throughout. Evaluate emerging technologies, maintain internal design standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Adhere to WHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Key Requirements: Previous experience in the AV industry (4 years preferred) or a strong background in AV system installations. Proven expertise in AV system design, networking technologies like Dante, multicasting, and UC system requirements. Strong communication skills to liaise with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders, with a methodical approach to documentation. Industry certifications such as Certificate III in Electronics or equivalent. Familiarity with industry best practices and tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, AV technologies). Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical expertise through training.
