CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:
* Pay:
o Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
o $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
* OR
o Choose 27% of Line Haul
o Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!
Additional advantages:
* Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!
o Week 1 = $1,500
o Week 2 = $1,200
o 120 Days = $2,300
o 180 Days = $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:
* New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
* 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
* 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:
* 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
* No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
* No DUI in the past 10 years
* Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
