Role
The Harvey Norman Fountain Gate Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Excellent Service, Always! to their customers. As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Distribute goods efficiently into and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
- Ensure accurate handling of delivery and receiving documents
- Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with customers and team members
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
To be successful you must
- Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Be highly organized with great time management skills
- Motivated with a great eye for detail
- Experience checking delivery sheets
- Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
- Strong commitment to WH&S; policies and procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
- Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
