We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
Day to day you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients, representing the Nine brand.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to identify growth opportunities from new, current, and lapsed clients.
- Develop advertising proposals and proactively sell avails to drive revenue.
- Set up accounts, process bookings, and manage campaigns for seamless execution.
- Provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries and meet deadlines.
- Use knowledge of Nine's content, products, and USPs to educate clients and drive sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on media trends and buying models to identify new opportunities.
**Qualifications**
Our Account Executives are organised, driven and able to work independently to deliver outstanding results and best in market service to our clients. You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing, and energetic sales team who push boundaries and lead the media sales industry.
What we would like to see:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to understand revenue trends and use data to influence sales strategies.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for data analysis and presentation.
- Driven and proactive, committed to delivering outstanding results and best-in-market service to clients.
- Enjoys contributing to a collaborative, results-driven team environment, sharing innovative ideas, and supporting colleagues.
- Ability to take proactive steps to resolve issues and complaints effectively
