We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead technology operations for a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring infrastructure stability, application performance, and operational resilience during a critical period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead IT infrastructure and application operations to ensure high availability, security, and performance
* Stabilise and optimise technology platforms, vendors, and service providers
* Establish and enhance IT governance, controls, and operational frameworks
* Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve reliability
* Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology delivery with business priorities
About You
* Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles (Head of IT, IT Director, or similar)
* Background working in private equity or PE-backed organisations highly regarded
* Strong expertise across infrastructure, cloud, networks, end-user computing, and enterprise applications
* Demonstrated ability to stabilise complex environments and deliver operational improvements quickly
* Pragmatic, delivery-focused leader comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
