About the Role:
We are seeking Personal Care Workers (previously known as Nursing Assistants) to join our team on a Casual Basis.
Various shifts are available from Monday to Friday, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
You will be based at our Turramurra House, located at 34 Curagul Rd, Turramurra NSW 2074
Turramurra House is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Workers who demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting the elderly. The successful candidates will join an established, dynamic, and supportive care team, delivering high-quality personal care. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop a career in the growing aged care sector while making a genuine difference in the lives of residents.
Daily duties:
* Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.
* Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition.
* Contribute to care plans and documentation.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team
Desired skills and experience:
* 1 year experience in aged care (desirable).
* Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing.
* Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and
* Has an interest in working with the elderly.
* Police Check (Essential)
