We're currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to take charge of two live construction initiatives—one valued at $6 million, the other at $2 million. This opening has arisen due to an internal promotion, creating a fantastic opportunity for growth and leadership.
Office Location: The role is based south of the river, with regular site visits required.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and managing construction project delivery from start to finish
* Coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure successful project outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
* A background as a Contract Administrator is highly desirable
* Open to experienced Contract Administrators looking to step up into Project Management
* Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong communication and leadership skills
