About the role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives exceptional value. Associates understand client priorities, identify challenges, and support clients in making informed decisions. They articulate Gartner's value to prospective clients, onboard new clients, demonstrate Gartner services, and stimulate product engagement.
Our New Client Engagement (NCE) unit provides high-level service to prospects and clients through two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthroughs. The onboarding focuses on delivering customized experiences, while the walkthrough team demonstrates Gartner resources, including our platform, during sales processes.
The NCE team uses Gartner assets and our platform to deliver a seamless client journey from demonstration to onboarding and ongoing support. You will use strategic thinking and relationship-building skills to help executives solve critical business challenges, understand their initiatives, and align Gartner's research and expertise to support their growth.
What you will do
* Collaborate with Sales teams to demonstrate Gartner products and increase engagement and licensing opportunities. Communicate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value.
* Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to tailor Gartner resources for impact.
* Facilitate calls to understand client priorities and challenges, articulate Gartner's value, and demonstrate capabilities to decision makers.
What you will need
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 6+ months relevant experience or internship with a successful track record and passion for client satisfaction
* Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; adaptable and flexible
* Good time management and organizational skills
What you will get
* Competitive salary, generous paid time off, charity match, comprehensive health plans, parental leave, Employee Assistance Program, 401K matching, and more
* A collaborative, inclusive culture that values diversity
* Professional growth and development opportunities
