Description
The Role:
In this 9 month parental leave contract role you will hit the ground running by designing and executing engaging marketing campaigns, building and implementing nurture journeys, and creating quality lead generation.. You'll collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams to craft impactful communications that convert prospects into loyal clients.
Things to expect:
10. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to boost awareness and engagement.
11. Map, execute and optimise prospect and client journeys, ensuring a seamless experience.
12. Create targeted content and messaging in partnership with the Altus Marketing Manager.
13. Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve strategies for better ROI.
14. Work closely with Sales to hand over and track qualified leads.
15. Gather and showcase client testimonials and case studies.
16. Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and manage marketing artefacts.
17. Support and mentor our Marketing Assistant.
18. Stay up to date with the latest in Microsoft, Altus, and Sensei products.
Skills And Experiences
Sound interesting? Here's the key skills set you'll need to qualify:
19. Tertiary qualification in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
20. 3–5 years' hands-on experience in campaign management, multi-channel marketing (HubSpot experience highly regarded), and CRM platforms.
21. Experience working in a small, multi-functional team.
22. Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
23. Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.
24. Digital marketing qualifications, team supervision experience, and knowledge of Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Office 365) are a plus.
25. Demonstrated use of AI tools to support work is desirable.
