As General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store – leading an experienced team, delivering a premium fresh food offering, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You won't just be running a store – you'll be building a destination for your local community.

This is a permanent full-time salaried position with an attractive bonus scheme. Relocation assistance and subsidised accommodation is available to support the requirement to relocate to Karratha.

Skills required
* Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, ideally in a supermarket setting
* Strong leadership skills and a track record of leading teams
* Solid financial acumen – including GP, sales, budgets, and wage control
* Passion for fresh food and gourmet products
* Exceptional customer service and visual merchandising abilities
* Understanding of food safety standards and compliance
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Tech‑savvy – with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Smart Retail, ABCIS
* RSA and Approved Manager certifications are a plus
