The Opportunity
Based in Sydney, you will join a
lean acquisitions team of four
, working directly on the sourcing, underwriting and execution of real estate investments across multiple sectors and strategies.
This is a hands-on analytical role offering genuine exposure to
large-scale, complex transactions
, alongside senior investment professionals with deep regional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial modelling and investment underwriting across real estate acquisitions
* Supporting due diligence, structuring and execution of transactions
* Assisting with investment committee materials and approvals
* Market research, asset-level analysis and sector insights
* Working closely with internal asset management, legal and capital teams
* Supporting post-acquisition transition and asset onboarding
