We are seeking a professional, organised, and welcoming Receptionist to join our energetic and passionate team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a high standard of customer service while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our front office. This role is an entry-level position with full training provided.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
· Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
· Managing incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
· Coordinating bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules
· Ensuring the reception area and office spaces are well-presented at all times
· Providing administrative support to the team as required
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
About You
The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and able to work efficiently and calmly in fast-paced environments. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
