Lead from the Front | Townsville Based | Hands‐on leadership role
Synergie is looking for a motivated and hands‐on Team Leader to support and grow our North Queensland operation based in Townsville.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong client relationships, supporting day‐to‐day operations, and helping drive branch growth within a fast‐paced blue‐collar recruitment setting.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing both client relationships and workforce operations while supporting a small team.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting business growth through client engagement and relationship development
* Managing recruitment delivery and workforce coordination across key accounts
* Leading and mentoring a small team of consultants and on‐site workforce
* Conducting regular client visits and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
* Assisting with branch performance, operational delivery, and workforce planning
* Maintaining strong compliance and safety standards across operations
* Supporting day‐to‐day branch activities in a fast‐moving labour hire environment
What we're looking for:
* Experience within recruitment, labour hire, staffing, or workforce solutions
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience highly regarded
* Strong client relationship and communication skills
* A hands‐on approach with the ability to work closely with clients and field staff
* Organised, resilient, and solutions focused
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Knowledge of the Townsville or North Queensland market is advantageous
