Service Technician - Gold Coast

Our company sells and services Australia wide, with offices currently in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The position requires some travel primarily within Brisbane and QLD, as well as some inter-state as required.
Key Duties:
* Brisbane (Coomera) based
* Installation, Service of CO2 laser cutting, UV printing and Marking machinery
* Customer Software and Operational Machine training
* Troubleshooting and problem solving – machine issues during installation
* Troubleshooting application/software design solutions with the customer
* Demonstration of machinery in the showroom to potential customers
* Phone and Email support and assistance
* Managing servicing bookings and calendar
* Documentation and instruction writing
* Car and phone provided (must have drivers' license)
The ideal candidate must have/be:
* Able bodied for physical installations
* 2+ years industry experience (service or mechanical field)
* Basic electrical knowledge
* Some CAD experience – the role is heavily software based
* Good general computer skills (word, excel, email etc)
* Strong problem-solving skills working well under pressure
* Good people skills
* Motivated positive attitude
* Mechanically minded
