* Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this position involves managing WHS Coordinator and spearheading organisational-wide safety initiatives.
* Providing guidance, training, mentoring, and expert advice on Health Safety & Wellbeing to management, leaders, and staff members.
* Supporting return-to-work plans, handling Workcover claims, hazard/incident/near miss management, risk assessments, and Child Safe Standards.
