**Job Summary**
Improving our product listings and presence in all online channels (eCommerce, eBay, Amazon) is a key part of our growth strategy. This involves collecting, verifying, and analysing product and pricing information in comparison to other retailers, listing new product items, producing reports on product performance, and discussing results with relevant members of the organisation. Other ad hoc duties will also be required.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the product and pricing teams to take ownership of Techbuyer products through the online channels.
- Co-ordinate all product information to be added to all channels and displayed in the most appropriate and attractive manner
- Competitor analysis to aid pricing in channels. Pricing where appropriate for a marketplace.
- Merchandising popular products (related products, upsell and cross sells)
- Responsible for taking information given, or creating it and improving web presence
- Work with the marketing to make the most of ecommerce opportunities
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
**Required Skills or Training**
- Analysis of product performance across the estate - product analysis experience would be a benefit, but training will be provided
- Previous eCommerce or Marketplace (eBay, Amazon, BackMarket) experience beneficial
- Basic knowledge of PPC, SEO or CRO beneficial
- A keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
- Eager about the role of technology in promoting business
