Job Role
As a key liaison between our organization and valued customers, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service.
You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our office, directing them to the relevant department with professionalism and courtesy.
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for your colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
Operational tasks such as managing telephony, processing mail, compiling data, and word processing will also fall under your purview.
Requirements
* A college diploma in administration or a vocational diploma in secretarial studies is highly desirable.
* At least one year of experience in financial services, secretarial work, or customer service is essential.
* Proficiency in both official languages is a must.
Key skills include knowledge of business products and services, familiarity with the telephone system, and proficiency in written French. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of caisses, subsidiaries, and competitors.
A high school diploma combined with 18-24 months of experience in financial services or secretarial work may also be considered.
