**What you'll be doing**
The Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) Support Officer will be responsible for the provision of timely and efficient administrative services to support management of the Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS) and Oral Health Fee For Service Co-ordinator.

**Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Health Priority Oral Health Program (POHP) policy and NSW Oral Health Fee for Service Scheme (OHFFSS).
- Demonstrated experience working with patient information systems and document management systems or similar information systems.
- Experience working in a high volume data entry position.
- Proven high level skills using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain accurate administrative management processes with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
