The Opportunity
As a key member of the internal team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring jobs flow smoothly from quote through to production.
* Prepare accurate quotes from technical drawings and specifications
* Process and manage orders through the ERP system
* Develop clear, detailed production job packages
* Coordinate with customers, programming and production teams
* Support Account Managers with technical enquiries and solutions
What You Bring
* Experience in internal sales, estimating or order processing within manufacturing or steel
* Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
* ERP system experience (CAD exposure highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
* A proactive, team‐focused mindset
