Job Overview
The primary function of the Field Service Technician is to provide exceptional technical support to diverse customers by leveraging their expertise in product servicing, computer skills, and adaptability.
Maintenance, repair, and testing of Draeger safety products are key responsibilities of this role. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing detailed work reports, preparing quotations, delivering high-quality service and support, conducting onsite customer user training and maintenance sessions, and undertaking regular travel to customer sites.
