Overview
Our client represents a range of leading Australian, New Zealand & European designer furniture and lighting brands. They are seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage the daily operations of their Reservoir based warehouse to ensure that product is received, quality inspected and dispatched with due diligence and in accordance with customer requirements. This role will also manage project delivery and installation on site to ensure customer deliverables are achieved in line with the company\'s standards.
Responsibilities
* High understanding of all warehouse distribution processes, from receiving, inventory management, transport scheduling and carrier management.
* Manage the warehouse team and the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure effective use of resources.
* High level of OH&S compliance.
* Container product management; unloading, checking off product and booking into warehouse.
* Organise product deliveries including local, interstate and showrooms to efficiently use company resources.
* Organise delivery and installation on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
* Maintain stock integrity between Options and physical inventory through cyclic stock-takes, annual stock-takes, accurate stock labelling and compliance to stock transfer procedures.
* Lead and conduct regular monthly cyclic stock takes.
* Prepare and assemble products for customer orders.

* Knowledge of furniture assembly.

* Ability to comply with all OHS system requirements.
