We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for a committed team member to lead, coach and support our store team. The successful applicant will be a natural people leader, customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of customer service champions
- Ensure health, safety, wellbeing of all team members
- Manage store budgets, with a focus on margin and profitability
- Execute business plans, promotions and initiatives
- Drive customer service excellence and build relationships
- Management of store operations and motor vehicle fleet
- Management of store inventory, order & receipt incoming stock
