About the role:
* Advising on structured finance, securitisation and warehouse funding transactions.
* Drafting and negotiating transaction documents (program documents, trust documentation, notes, facility/warehouse docs, security and ancillary agreements)
* Coordinate conditions precedent, due diligence, execution and settlement/closing processes.
* Working with originators, issuers, trustees, arrangers, investors and rating agencies (as relevant).
The ideal candidate:
* 4+ years' PQE in structured finance/securitisation or broader banking & finance.
* Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator who enjoys being client-facing.
* A team-first approach and the ability to run components of matters with appropriate support.
