As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced APS 5 Level Program Support Officer to contribute to impactful projects that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical insights to enhance system efficiency and performance
* Maintain accurate documentation and processes aligned with legislation and policies
* Coordinate and analyze data for high-level internal and external communications
* Stay up-to-date with statutory, regulatory, and policy frameworks for innovative problem-solving
* Support workforce planning, audits, and efficiency improvement initiatives
About You:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Experience in the disability, health, or aged care sectors
* A background enriched with Case Management experience is highly regarded
