Administrative Role
The role of Administrative Officer is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This includes processing purchase invoices, matching invoices to corresponding purchase orders, and preparing invoices for payment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices with accuracy and compliance
* Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and prepare invoices for payment
* Manage email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
* Perform general reception duties, including phone and mail management
* Order office supplies and consumables, manage stock inventory, and maintain accurate records
* Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as event coordination and flight bookings
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administrative role
* Accounts payable experience with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent computer and online software literacy, including MS suite of programs
* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Preferred Qualifications:
* Current driver's licence
* Previous experience using business management systems
* Tertiary qualification in business administration or similar field
