**Job Description**:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Management PA / Administrator to assist our growing Commercial Real Estate team. This Sunshine Coast based position will be responsible for providing administration support to our Caloundra-based property managers, with a particular focus on owner, tenant and contractor relations. You will join our established management team and learn from experienced senior managers. Your role will be primarily office-based in our Caloundra office and will involve regular days in our Maroochydore office and property inspections across the Southern Sunshine Coast.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provision of first class service to landlords and tenants and team members;
- Assist with rent reviews and lease expiries;
- Organise work orders, and following up on completion or ordered works;
- Inputting, accessing and analysing data into our management software.
- Creating, and collaborating on proposals for new management opportunities;
- Preparing REIQ and other property related documents.
- Preparing property budgets and reconciling annual building income and expense
**Qualifications**:
In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- A positive personality;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- An advanced understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (or the willingness to learn Microsoft at an advanced level).
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships within our team and with new and existing clients
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a passion for efficiency.
