We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to elevate their career, refine their leadership skills, and drive a thriving business as our new Centre Director at Goodstart Cranbourne East.
You will be at the heart of our leadership team, supporting and developing Teachers and Educators in your centre. Building strong relationships with children, families, and communities is key to this role, as you embrace the profound impact of your position on their lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, to provide high-quality education for our children.
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, focusing on attendance pipeline growth and revenue generation.

What You Need to Succeed:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
